Therefore, earlier this month we brought together over 60 colleagues for an in-person team event to share ideas, celebrate achievements, and build stronger connections to ensure we consistently deliver innovative, joined-up solutions that can fully support the operational needs of schools and trusts across the country.

The team event was an opportunity to reflect on how we’re doing this – and how we can do it even better. From celebrating recent successes to uncovering valuable learning points, the day was filled with open dialogue and forward-thinking ideas. It gave staff the chance to see how their work fits into the bigger picture, helping to build stronger links between teams and uncover new ways to align services for even greater customer value.
Most importantly, it reaffirmed our shared ambition to evolve our service offering in a way that is responsive, joined-up, and tailored to the unique needs of every school and trust we work with.
