At Schools’ Choice, we know that the key to delivering exceptional integrated managed services to schools and academy trusts lies in the strength of our collaboration. Therefore, earlier this month we brought together over 60 colleagues for an in-person team event to share ideas, celebrate achievements, and build stronger connections to ensure we consistently deliver innovative, joined-up solutions that can fully support the operational needs of schools and trusts across the country.

Schools’ Choice prides itself on offering a comprehensive, fully integrated service portfolio spanning Governance, HR & Payroll, Finance, Safeguarding, Business and MIS services, and Children’s Services. By combining expertise and solutions across these essential areas we’re able to deliver tailored, fully managed solutions that help schools and academy trusts run smoothly and confidently, reducing complexity, streamlining operations, and giving school leaders the time and headspace to focus on what really matters -children’s education and wellbeing.

This integrated approach has never been more important. As schools embrace digital transformation, from cloud-based financial management to streamlined HR processes, there’s a growing demand for service models that are connected, data-driven, and built for flexibility.

The team event was an opportunity to reflect on how we’re doing this – and how we can do it even better. From celebrating recent successes to uncovering valuable learning points, the day was filled with open dialogue and forward-thinking ideas. It gave staff the chance to see how their work fits into the bigger picture, helping to build stronger links between teams and uncover new ways to align services for even greater customer value.

Most importantly, it reaffirmed our shared ambition to evolve our service offering in a way that is responsive, joined-up, and tailored to the unique needs of every school and trust we work with.
